1978
In 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party made a major decision to implement reform and opening up, and reformed the highly centralized planned economic system into the socialist market economic system. Driven by the positive effect of national reform, Chairman Yang Rongshui and General Manager Yang Xuanrong raised a fund, purchased several machine tools, and hired several employees to independently produce valves, and they had achieved an annual income of RMB 2 million. In 1985, the factory responded to the national factory system reform and changed the original Ouhai Shacheng Valve Factory to Zhejiang Petrochemical Valve Co., Ltd.
